Technical SPECIFICATIONS

HOOKS
Forged as per IS 8610-1977.

LOAD CHAIN
Grade 80 Alloy Steel Chain as per IS 6216-1982. For 0.5 T Block Grade 40 Chain as per IS 3109 (Part II) 1982 is used.

GEARS
All gears are made form special Alloy Steel & are precision machine cut & case hardened.

BALL BEARINGS
For smooth operation load wheel & Main shaft are mounted on Ball Bearubgs.

FRAME
M. S. Rolled Steel Plates.

BRAKE
Screw and friction disc type self-actuating load brake ensures full safety on any load position.

LOAD WHEEL
Load wheels are made of malleable / S.G. iron castings. Accurately shaped pockets ensure smooth movement of load chain with minimum wear of chain links and wheels.

MOTOR
Cromption 230 V AC Motor is used for 1 phase motorised Chian Pulley Block. 415 V, 3 phase induction Motor is used for 3 phase Motorised Chain Pulley Block, which ensure effective working of motorised Chain Pulley Block.

LIMIT SWITCH
Limit Switches can be provided in 3 phase model at an extra cost to control movement of Hook as desired. It also prevents accidents due to over hoisting & over lowering.

OVER LOAD RELAY
CROMPTON Starter is fixed to prevent Motor over load for 1 phase Motorised Chain Pulley Block.

WEIGHT
One of the lightest available blocks in the Indian Market, Handling can be done with comparative ease.

SPARES
Interchangeble spares are readily available.
